As each competition involves a structured timeline, predefined entry fee, and real-time rankings, our Cancellation Policy ensures clarity for all participants regarding refund and cancellation rules.

1. Exam Participation Cancellation

Once you have successfully registered and paid the joining fee for an exam competition, cancellation of participation is not allowed under normal circumstances due to the nature of our time-sensitive and prize-based contests.

Key Points:

• Joining fees are non-refundable once an exam slot is booked.
• Participants are responsible for joining the exam on the scheduled date and time.
• Missed participation due to personal reasons, internet issues, or device failure does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

2. Technical Glitches or Platform Errors

We understand that technical issues may arise. If a participant faces disruption due to a verified platform error (e.g., server crash, exam not loading), our support team will:

• Investigate and validate the issue.
• Offer a re-attempt (if applicable and feasible).
• In rare cases, issue a refund of the joining fee only if the problem is on our end and beyond the user’s control.

Note: Screenshots or screen recordings may be required as proof.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a user is charged twice for the same competition due to a payment gateway error:

• The duplicate payment will be refunded automatically within 5–7 working days.
• If not reflected, you may contact our support team with the transaction details to initiate a manual refund.

4. Cancellation by JustExamLeague

In rare situations, JustExamLeague may cancel or postpone a competition due to technical, regulatory, or administrative reasons. In such cases:

• Registered users will be notified in advance.
• Joining fees will be fully refunded, or the exam will be rescheduled as per user preference.

5. No Cash Withdrawal for Cancelled Entries

If a refund is processed due to platform error or cancellation by JustExamLeague, the amount will be credited:

• Back to the original mode of payment or,
• As wallet balance for future participation (based on user's preference).

Refunds will not be paid out in cash or converted to prize winnings.
