1. Legal Nature of JustExamLeague

JustExamLeague is an educational competition platform, not a gambling or betting site. Our contests are based on skill, knowledge, and academic aptitude — not chance or luck. Participation requires intellectual effort and preparation, and winners are decided purely based on their performance in structured online exams.

All competitions hosted on our platform are in the form of:

• Timed objective-type quizzes and mock exams
• Knowledge-based assessments
• Scholarship-like contests with fixed entry fees and pre-announced rewards

As such, JustExamLeague operates within the legal framework of skill-based contests, which are fully legal under Indian law.

2. Compliance with Indian Law

Under the Public Gambling Act of 1867, games of skill are exempt from the definition of gambling. As per various High Court rulings and the Supreme Court of India, competitions where success depends primarily on the knowledge, training, and skill of the participant — and not on luck — are considered games of skill and are legal.

JustExamLeague meets this definition because:

• All exams are designed to test academic knowledge, reasoning, and accuracy.
• The outcome is determined purely by user performance, not by any random factor.

3. Joining Fee and Prizes

To maintain fair competition, a nominal joining fee is collected for each contest. This fee contributes to the prize pool and platform maintenance. The amount, prize structure, and number of winners are clearly defined before each exam starts.

• There is no hidden cost or charge.
• No element of betting or wagering is involved.
• Prize money is awarded based solely on participant ranks as per the declared leadership board and exam pool structure.

4. Age and Eligibility

Only individuals who meet the minimum eligibility age (as per their state laws or our Terms & Conditions) can register and participate.

If you are under 13 years of age, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.

Participation is strictly prohibited for:

• Individuals banned or blacklisted for misconduct or fraud.

5. PAN & Tax Compliance

As per Indian tax laws:
