Please read this Refund Policy carefully before participating in any exam or making a payment on our platform.

1. No Refund Policy on Exam Entry Fees

All payments made toward joining fees for exam competitions on JustExamLeague are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Entry fees paid for scheduled exam contests
  • Payments made during promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers
  • Participation charges in multi-level or scholarship-based tests

Reason: Since our platform is a real-time competition-based system where participants gain access to exam content, leaderboard tracking, and prize structures immediately upon registration, we are unable to offer refunds once payment is made.

2. Exceptional Circumstances (Refunds May Apply)

In very limited and exceptional cases, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Double Payment: If the user has been charged twice for the same competition due to a technical glitch.
  • Failed Transaction: If the amount has been deducted from your bank account or wallet, but the exam registration was not successful.
  • System Error: If a scheduled exam is cancelled due to unforeseen system-wide failure or technical issues on our end.

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under these terms, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at:

Include your full name, registered mobile number/email, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (in applicable scenarios only):

  1. Send an email to support@justexamleague.com
  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Exam Name/Transaction ID]”
  3. Provide proof of payment (screenshot or bank confirmation)
  4. Await confirmation or resolution from our support team within 5–7 business days

If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No Refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding not to appear for the exam after registering
  • Late Entry or Missed Exam: Failure to participate due to personal or technical issues on the user's side
  • Disqualification: Violations of exam rules, cheating, or policy breaches
  • Network or Device Issues: Connectivity problems or device malfunctions during the exam

We encourage users to verify system compatibility and exam schedule before joining any competition.

5. Policy Updates

JustExamLeague reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
